About Me
Hi! I’m Brian and I’ve been running on the sidewalk in Halifax every day (except if I’m REALLY sick) for the past 5 years in every type of weather from 97 degrees to -13. Sometimes people in town recognize me when I’m out shopping and stuff. I think there is something people like about consistency. They can associate that consistency with your business!

How many cars go by during your typical run?
I’ve counted and it’s about 20 cars per minute, so 600 cars for a 30 minute run and 1200 cars for a 1 hour run.
What Time do you typically run?
In the morning commute between 6:45AM-8AM
Will I get a return for my investment?
I’m not sure, but I think so! It’s low cost low risk and people respond to real people vs billboards and cheesy ads.
